C65 metal bellows mechanical seal features a single-end, balanced design with independent rotation direction. It uses a metal bellows and cartridge construction for reliable sealing and convenient installation. The auxiliary sealing ring uses expanded graphite, making the seal suitable for demanding operating conditions and mixed sealing media.
The cartridge design simplifies installation and adjustment while helping maintain consistent sealing performance. The metal bellows provides good flexibility and accommodates applications with high or low temperatures. C65 also performs well with medium-to-high viscosity fluids, where conventional spring seals may have a higher risk of clogging.
C65 is available as a replacement for John Crane Type 609 mechanical seals. It is widely used in chemical pumps, oil pumps, screw pumps and oil extraction equipment.
