Cartex Mechanical Seal Replacement for EagleBurgmann
Cartex mechanical seal provides a compact cartridge sealing solution for pumps and other rotating equipment. Our seal replaces EagleBurgmann Cartex series mechanical seals and comes in single and dual configurations. The multi-spring design provides balanced sealing performance and supports bi-directional rotation.
The seal offers excellent face-tracking capability and responds effectively to frequent pressure fluctuations and transient operating conditions. Elastomer bellows or O-rings separate the springs from the process medium. This arrangement helps prevent spring corrosion and clogging while maintaining stable sealing performance.
The compact cartridge design reduces both axial and radial space requirements. The pre-assembled structure also simplifies installation and helps reduce installation errors. For equipment using traditional gland packing, the Cartex mechanical seal provides a practical mechanical seal replacement solution.
Single and Dual Seal Configurations
